Welcome to Vikidemy Hub!

By enrolling in our tutoring services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. These policies help ensure smooth communication, structured learning, and mutual respect between tutors, students, and parents.

Enrollment & Eligibility

• We take students from 3 years old and above.
• Minors (under 18) must have a parent/guardian register on their behalf and handle payments.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after completing the onboarding form and receiving a confirmation email from Vikidemy Hub.

Learning Expectations

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and actively participate.
• A stable internet connection and a laptop/tablet/smartphone are required for online lessons.
• If a student faces technical difficulties, they must inform their tutor immediately.
• Coming late to physical or online class sessions without prior notice are totally unacceptable.

Scheduling & Attendance Policy

Classes are scheduled based on the student's preferred time zone and tutor availability.

Rescheduling Policy

• Students/parents must request class rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
• Tutors will try to accommodate rescheduling but cannot guarantee availability.

Missed Classes (Without Notice)

• If a student misses a class without notice, the session is counted as attended, and no refund is issued.
• If a student is late by more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the tutor may end the session without a refund.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment must be made in advance before the start of a class or monthly subscription.

Refund Policy

• If a tutor fails to deliver a scheduled class, a refund or rescheduling will be provided.
• No refunds for missed classes due to student absence and prior notice.
• If a student wishes to cancel after enrollment, only 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded.

Code of Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: All students, parents, and tutors must maintain professionalism and mutual respect.
• No Plagiarism or Misuse of Materials: Students must not submit tutor-provided materials as their own work.
• Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any inappropriate behavior towards tutors, staff, or fellow students may lead to termination of enrollment without refund.

Tutor Availability & Replacement

• Tutors are assigned based on student needs and subject preference.
• If a student is dissatisfied with a tutor, they may request a change, subject to availability.
• In rare cases where a tutor is unavailable for an extended period, Vikidemy Hub will arrange an alternative tutor.

Technical & IT Support

• Students must test their internet connection before each online class.
• If technical issues arise during class, students should contact vikidemyhub@gmail.com immediately.
• Vikidemy Hub is not responsible for lost sessions due to a student’s poor internet or faulty devices.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Student and parent information is kept confidential and is used solely for tutoring purposes.
• No student-tutor personal contact outside the platform is permitted unless officially approved.
• Some sessions may be recorded for internal review and tutor training purposes.
• Promotional Clips (Optional): Vikidemy Hub may use short, anonymized clips (10–20 seconds) from live classes for promotional purposes such as marketing videos, website content, or social media. These clips will not compromise student privacy.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By checking the "Yes, I Agree" box in the registration form, the student (or parent) acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms.

Vikidemy Hub reserves the right to update these policies at any time, with notice provided to students and parents.
